We make no guarantees regarding income, commissions, or traffic resulting from the use of ClipProfits. Any sales figures or results shown on our sales pages reflect individual, personal results and are for demonstrative purposes only, not a promise of what any buyer will achieve. Your results will vary based on your work ethic, audience, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish using ClipProfits. You agree not to use the software to generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You further agree not to use ClipProfits for spam, phishing, or deceptive marketing practices, or in any way that violates the terms of service of the platforms you publish to (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.
You agree to indemnify and hold ClipProfits harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the software or the content you generate and publish.
All ClipProfits purchases and subscriptions, Main App, Pro Edition, White-Label Tier, and Elite Agency, are covered by the same 30-day conditional refund policy. Refunds are granted for verifiable technical bugs that our support team is unable to resolve within 7 business days of your report. Because upgrades instantly provision non-refundable AI credits and server resources, accounts that have consumed a substantial portion of their monthly credit allowance may not be eligible for a refund.
For Elite Agency subscribers, this policy applies only to your first month's billing charge. Charges from the second month onward are non-refundable regardless of credit usage or bugs encountered. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not, on its own, trigger a refund of a past payment.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ClipProfits leverages third-party APIs and services, and we are not liable for temporary outages, downtime, or changes in the rules, policies, or availability of any third-party platform, including but not limited to OpenAI, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
ClipProfits uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts, descriptions, captions, and related marketing content. AI-generated content is produced by third-party language models and, like any AI system, may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific use case. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or effectiveness of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any content before publishing, posting, or otherwise using it. By using ClipProfits, you acknowledge that you are using an AI-powered tool, that AI can and does make mistakes, and you agree not to hold ClipProfits or its owners liable for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipProfits and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the software. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ClipProfits shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Elite Agency tier is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the rate shown at checkout until canceled. Your subscription automatically renews each month, and your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date. If the Elite Agency tier is active on your account, you will see the exact steps to securely cancel your subscription listed in your account dashboard on the settings page. Please note: Cancellation takes effect immediately. Upon cancellation, your Elite Agency features will be instantly removed, and your account will automatically revert to the highest one-time tier you have purchased (Main App, Pro, or White-Label). Any team seats beyond that tier's limits will be deactivated. However, you will still retain and keep all scripts generated in the vault by those team seats even after cancellation, since you already own those script assets.
You own the scripts, descriptions, captions, and hashtags you generate using ClipProfits, and you're free to use, edit, and publish them commercially without attribution to us. ClipProfits and its underlying software, prompts, and frameworks remain our intellectual property. Because content is generated by artificial intelligence, we recommend reviewing all output for accuracy and compliance with the platforms you intend to publish to before use, we do not guarantee that generated content is free of errors or that it complies with any specific platform's policies.
ClipProfits uses third-party AI providers, including the OpenAI API, to generate content. When you submit a prompt (such as a product name or topic), that input is securely combined with our proprietary configurations, system prompts, and direct-response marketing frameworks before being transmitted to our AI provider for processing. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or content involving real, identifiable minors into ClipProfits. Our AI provider's own data handling practices apply to this processing in addition to our own, see our Privacy Policy for details.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use ClipProfits. By using the software, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you believe content generated through ClipProfits or hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the material and your ownership claim, and we will investigate promptly.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your account address or a notice within the ClipProfits dashboard. Continued use of the software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClipProfits regarding your use of the software.
