• Account & Customer Information: When you purchase or register for ClipProfits, we collect your name, email address, country, and transaction reference details provided through WarriorPlus. This information is used to provision your license, maintain administrative purchase records, deliver customer support, and communicate important product updates. We never collect or store your payment card numbers, bank information, or financial credentials on our servers; all payment processing is handled externally (see Section 4).
• Content You Generate: The input prompts you submit (such as product names, niches, or tones) and the output content generated by the AI (such as video scripts, descriptions, captions, and hashtags) are saved to your account so you can view, manage, and export your history.
• Technical Data: Standard connection data such as IP address, browser information, and server access logs collected automatically to maintain website security and operational performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your collected information strictly to:

• Provision, authenticate, and manage your user account and access tiers
• Process prompt requests and deliver AI-generated marketing content and PDF exports
• Maintain administrative transaction records and customer license history
• Send essential account notices, billing information, customer support responses, and relevant product updates
• Protect against unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, and abuse of our systems

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising, profiling, or data brokerage.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data. Your prompt history, generated scripts, and account details remain private to your account.

4. Third-Party Services

ClipProfits operates using the following third-party services:

• WarriorPlus: Acts as the checkout marketplace and vendor management platform, processing orders and passing account provisioning and customer transaction records. WarriorPlus maintains its own privacy policy regarding transaction processing.
• OpenAI: Processes text prompts to generate scripts and captions. Prompts are transmitted securely to OpenAI in accordance with their standard API data privacy policies.
• PayPal & Payment Processors: Handle financial transactions for purchases. Financial credentials and card data are handled directly by the payment processors and are never transmitted to or stored on ClipProfits servers.
• Railway: Provides our cloud hosting infrastructure and secure database deployment.

5. Cookies & Session Data

ClipProfits uses essential session cookies and tokens necessary to keep you authenticated while logged in. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and customer records for as long as necessary to maintain active service access, fulfill licensing obligations, and comply with standard legal and accounting requirements. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated generation history at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Your Rights

All checkout transactions and payment processing are handled independently by PCI-DSS compliant merchant gateways utilizing 256-bit encryption standards. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
